Have you been on a health journey but did not meet your goals. Have you tried to lose weight? Cut down on sugar or maintain a steady weight? Have you tried numerous health challenges but had no support system? Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide support and guidance as you transition through sustainable goals to improve your mind, body, and soul. As your health coach, I will listen attentively and help you navigate through perceived health challenges to assist you in what works for you. Changes do not happen overnight and it takes at least 21 days to break old habits. My program will help you to incorporate lifestyle changes to help improve your health, reduce stress, weight loss, health maintenance, and explore tools you can use for overall balance of your mind, body, and soul. During this session, we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how we can work together to accomplish your goals.

6. How to reduce sugar cravings

7. Organic vs. nonorganic

8. Foods for the gut

9. Coaching and support to help you make lifestyle changes.

11. My personal commitment to allow you to be comfortable in a non-judgmental space.
